1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The product is damaged or defective upon delivery, and you report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. No Return & No Refund Cases
❌ If the product is opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
❌ If the product is damaged by the customer, intentionally or accidentally, no refund or replacement will be offered.
❌ Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or refund.
3. Reporting Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product from us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged product, and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products sent by us.
